PROJECT SUMMARY
A new kind of property management demands a new kind of site
Urban Dwell Property Partners offers property management and brokerage real estate services within the greater Seattle area. They engaged Flower Press Creative Studio to handle brand identity, website design and implementation. Their company takes a fresh approach to property management, offering comprehensive services at competitive rates. We chose green to represent the fact that Urban Dwell's services create a working synergy between all parties involved. The symbiotic relationship is further communicated with the crossing-over of translucent shapes – all different, but coming together to form a desirable whole. Their website uses a custom-written property management system to handle real estate listings and available property updates.
