Khaiersta English, Creative Director
Khaiersta leads the creative team with a strong and varied background in graphic design and copywriting. Khaiersta started Flower Press Creative Studio in 2001 to serve the design needs of small to medium-sized businesses. She has worked in various full-time creative roles including Creative Director for The Trada Group in San Francisco, Copywriter for Jackson & Perkins online and Harry and David Stores, and Interactive Designer for Nike US Public Relations. Victoria Tran, Graphic Designer
Victoria handles web and print design work for Flower Press Creative Studio. Her background in graphic design, illustration and typography makes her an valuable contributor to our visual design team. She has worked as a freelance designer for many small businesses in the Bay Area. Vicki holds a degree in Visual Arts with an emphasis in Graphic Design as well as a Minor in Media Studies from the University of San Francisco.

Kin Lane, Senior Software Engineer
Kin manages back-end development for Flower Press Creative Studio. He has over 18 years of programming experience and has worked as a senior developer and team lead for IDX Broker, NetCorps, and Palo Alto Software. His core competencies include AJAX, Ruby, PHP, .ASP, ColdFusion, MYSQL, MSSQL, JavaScript, XML, xHTML/dHTML, and REST for use in the development of CMS systems, UI Design and API development. Kin is the author of Flower Press Creative Studio’s SNAP&Go CMS 4.0 Tool Set.

Ishbel Lane, UI Programmer
Ishi manages user interface integration for Flower Press Creative Studio working closely with our visual design team to accurately render websites and user interfaces. She is fluent in W3C standards compliant HTML and CSS. She brings the latest technology to the studio to ensure that our sites are top notch in both design and performance – cross-browser, cross-platform. Ishi has worked in user interface design and programming for 8 years and holds a degree from the University of Oregon.

Matt Rabe, Software Engineer
Matt handles back-end implementation work for the studio, partnering with our Senior Software Engineer to more quickly execute websites and application frameworks. His core skills in PHP, MYSQL, AJAX, xHTML/dHTML, Flash ActionScripting and JavaScript programming are very beneficial to Flower Press Creative Studio. Matt has 10 years of experience in programming for the web and an extensive background in traditional application development and holds a degree from the University of Oregon.
